I have the priveledge of being the 5th grade teacher and Social Studies teacher for 3rd, 4th and 5th grades here at Good Shepherd.  I love what I do and I enjoy working with young people to maximize their learning experience and also making learning fun and enjoyable.  5th grade is a year of transition when the students are getting ready for the middle school years.  If your son or daughter is in my class I want them to look forward to coming to school and actually look forward to class.  I believe in differentiated teaching which really comes down to understanding the strengths and weaknesses of every student and work towards the strengths while improving their weaknesses.

I am a father of 4 children with the ages of 20, 17, 14, and 10.  This is my second career and I truly believe this was my calling to work with young people.  If you have a chance I truly recommend bringing your son or daughter to Good Shepherd.  It has a great learning enviroment along with small class sizes.  I hope to see you soon!
